I think in real world guitar terms, that means that you hear the subtleties — the the fingers on the strings, the individual strings (i.e., each note in a ringing chord), the dynamics of striking the strings more loudly or more softly versus heavily struck picking dynamics --- are all noticeably enhanced.
And that effect is great for humbuckers, which can sometimes have a murkier sound—more forgiving to the player, but arguably less expressive than a single coil. Paired with humbuckers, the Prana seems to "let more frequencies into the party," so to speak, or at least present those that are being produced more clearly.
