Return Policy: All sales are final. Defective items will be repaired or replaced or credit will be extended if not available. There are no direct refunds. Customer pays return shipping for all returned items. Special Order: Whenever a non-stocking item is special-ordered, the goods in question are to be fully paid for in advance. Requesting a special-order item and then cancelling the order after we have placed our order with our vendors will result in the dealer/customer being responsible for the full value of the item. There are no refunds of deposits for special order items. PranaWire Products: All PranaWire products are built to order. A 50% deposit is required to begin construction. Once funds are received the deposit becomes non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, choose to partially or fully reimburse the original customer once the cancelled item is sold and make no representations or guarantees regarding the timing of such refunds. Evaluation: All items sent out for evaluation are to be paid for in full prior to shipping. Evaluation period is not to exceed two weeks from date of receipt of the item. After 30 days, The Lotus Group will consider the item sold absent any communication or prior arrangement for return of the item. Damaged items, items without original packaging or missing parts will not be accepted for return and must be paid for in full.
